Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Is there a free trial?

Do I need a website to use A.X.E.L?
No, A.X.E.L works as a standalone platform. However, when you book a website with AXEL.TRADE, you get 30 days of A.X.E.L free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are secure and processed monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions run until the end of the billing period.

CT600 corporation tax return

The return to HMRC with the tax computation and accounts attached, filed under your own Government Gateway login.
Companies House accounts

Micro-entity accounts to Companies House, filleted or full, tagged in iXBRL as the register requires.

The same figures go to both, entered once, for the same price as either one alone. The usual choice at the end of a company year.
Also worth knowing
- Dormant company, £20. If the company did not trade in the period, the whole filing is £20 whichever documents you send.
- Amendment, £29. If we filed the original return, replacing it costs £29. If somebody else filed it, an amendment is the standard price, because every figure has to be entered again.
- Both for the price of one. A company year almost always needs a return and a set of accounts, so filing both costs no more than filing either. There is no reason to do half the job.
- Preview before you pay. The return, the accounts and the tax computation are all generated and readable in full before anything is charged or sent.
- Developer plan, £49 a month. For filing through the API or an AI assistant: £39 a filing while the plan is active, whichever documents you send.
Filing is for simple companies, on purpose
A.X.E.L Filing covers micro-entity companies with straightforward affairs. If the company has groups, R&D claims, chargeable gains, property income or an overdrawn director's loan, the eligibility check says so before you pay and points you to an accountant. Nobody should discover that after handing over money.

Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per filing, when you are ready to send it. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
When do I pay?
After you have seen everything. The return, the accounts and the tax computation are all generated and readable in full before payment, and nothing is sent to HMRC or Companies House until you have paid and pressed submit.
Do I need an accountant?
Not if the company is simple. The eligibility check runs before you pay and refers you to an accountant if the company has groups, R&D claims, chargeable gains, property income or an overdrawn director's loan.
Whose HMRC login is used?
Your own. You file as the company under its own Government Gateway credentials, not through us as an agent, so the return is submitted by the director who is responsible for it.
What if the company was dormant?
The whole filing is £20 whichever documents you send. Dormant accounts state the company did not trade and claim audit exemption under section 480.
What if I get a figure wrong?
A return HMRC has accepted can be replaced with an amendment. That costs £29 if we filed the original, because the figures are already here, and the standard price if somebody else filed it.
